If you're not satisfied with TickrSense within the first 30 days of your subscription, we'll provide a full refund, no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at support@tickrsense.com
  2. Include your account email and reason for refund
  3. We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
  4. You'll receive confirmation via email

Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are processed as follows:

  • Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days
  • UPI refunds: 3-5 business days
  • Net Banking: 5-7 business days
  • You'll receive an email confirmation

Exceptions

Refunds may not be available in the following cases:

  • Subscription period exceeds 30 days
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent activity or abuse
  • Enterprise custom contracts (subject to agreement terms)

After Refund

After a refund is processed, your account will be downgraded to the free plan. You can continue using basic features, or upgrade again at any time. We'd love to hear your feedback to help us improve our service.
